The Counting Crows and Maroon 5 are teaming up for a lengthy (and dreamy) tour to kick off at the end of July, with Sara Bareilles (through Aug 65) and Augustana (after Aug 26) as openers. The concert will also be environmentally conscious, including biodiesel trucks, carbon offsets and carpool groups.

The Crows are supporting their new album, Saturday Nights & Sunday Mornings, out tomorrow (more on that later).
